Current Works

I am currently employed at Nancy Sauer School of Theatrical Dance in Terre Haute, Indiana. There, I teach several classes of varying ages. These classes include ballet and tap for 6–7-year-olds, jazz for 8-12 and 13-15-year-olds, and tap for 8-12 and 13-15-year-olds. I also sometimes substitute for other teachers at the studio, typically for classes of ballet for 3-6-year-olds and 13-15-year-olds. 

I am also currently a dance major at Ball State University and taking classes in Musical Theatre and Choreography in order to better my skills. I am also taking a Dance Science class in order to further my understanding of the science that goes into dance.

Upcoming Works

At my place of work, we are currently preparing for our Spring recital in mid-May, which is themed around the Disney movie Descendants. For this, I have choreographed two dances for my classes and have been teaching these dances along with three additional ones which have been choreographed by another teacher. After our Christmas recital, we have a break for the summer and then the rest of the staff and I will begin planning for next year's Christmas recital, which will be performed in December.

Next semester in college, I will be taking several dance classes, though I have not decided yet what they will be.
